.\n\n[/cs_content_seo][cs_element_text _id=”5″ ][cs_content_seo]We are pleased to confirm that Proms on the Pitch will be able to go ahead as scheduled on 17th July, under the government’s step 3 guidance. Read what we’re doing to keep everyone safe, and what to expect if you’re coming to the concert this year.\n\n[/cs_content_seo][cs_element_line _id=”6″ ][cs_element_text _id=”7″ ][cs_content_seo]Before you arrive
It is not a legal requirement, but we strongly suggest you take a lateral flow test within 48 hours before arrival at the concert. If you have tested positive for Covid-19, have been advised that you need to isolate, or have any Covid symptoms, do not come to the concert. If you’re unable to attend due to any of the above reasons, we will of course refund your tickets. \n\n[/cs_content_seo][cs_element_gap _id=”8″ ][cs_element_text _id=”9″ ][cs_content_seo]When you arrive
The entrance queue may be busy at times. Please observe social distancing and have your tickets ready, either on your mobile or printed out, ready to show at the entrance gate. You can help us by pre-booking your tickets.\n\n[/cs_content_seo][cs_element_line _id=”10″ ][cs_element_text _id=”11″ ][cs_content_seo]What to expect at the concert\n\n[/cs_content_seo][cs_element_gap _id=”12″ ][cs_element_text _id=”13″ ][cs_content_seo]Stick to your bubble
The current rules say to gather in groups of no more than 30 outside. Please follow this guidance – there is absolutely loads of space in front of the stage, so spread out a find a spot for your group.\n\n[/cs_content_seo][cs_element_gap _id=”14″ ][cs_element_text _id=”15″ ][cs_content_seo]Observe social distancing in queues
Please follow the guidance and observe social distancing when queuing at the bar, food vendors or for the toilets. \n\n[/cs_content_seo][cs_element_gap _id=”16″ ][cs_element_text _id=”17″ ][cs_content_seo]Sanitiser
The toilets in the clubhouse have hand washing facilities and hand sanitiser, but please bring your own hand sanitiser with you if you can.\n\n[/cs_content_seo][cs_element_gap _id=”18″ ][cs_element_text _id=”19″ ][cs_content_seo]Masks
With the exception of the toilets, the event is entirely outdoors. It is up to you whether you bring a mask, but we suggest you do and wear it if you are queuing for the bar or food.\n\n[/cs_content_seo][cs_element_gap _id=”20″ ][cs_element_line _id=”21″ ][cs_element_text _id=”22″ ][cs_content_seo]What else are we doing?\n\n[/cs_content_seo][cs_element_gap _id=”23″ ][cs_element_text _id=”24″ ][cs_content_seo]Bigger stage
We have rapidly adjusted our plans and now have a bigger stage booked to allow extra distancing between performers on stage.\n\n[/cs_content_seo][cs_element_gap _id=”25″ ][/cs_element_layout_column][/cs_element_layout_row][/cs_element_section][/cs_content]
