The Tannens

The Tannens are an electronic rock duo from Heathfield, East Sussex. Brothers Daniel and James Martin have crafted a sound that owes as much to the movie theatres of the 1960s as it does to the arenas of today. They’re passionate about musicianship, strong tunes, pop culture and dry British humour.
‘We want to be 50% AIR Lyndhurst, 50% Nicholas Lyndhurst.’
The Tannens’ music has featured on local, online and offshore radio. They are regulars on BBC Introducing Sussex and Surrey, and played their first Live Lounge in June 2025. To date, they have released eight singles and a double A-side.
They are currently working on their debut album, which will be released on May 1st.
Influences include David Arnold, John Barry, Noel Gallagher, Muse, The Vaccines, Butch Vig, Rufus Wainwright and Brian Wilson.

The Flat Pack

The Flat Pack are a male vocal harmony group that perform songs in tribute to The Rat Pack and Swing music, with solos and duets thrown into the mix. They were formed as close friends who grew up in the theatre world which gives them the natural edge of on-stage-banter as part of their performances. In 2019 they were the first trio to get a turn from the judges on The Voice UK which took them on a journey never to be forgotten. The ideal act to either sit back and enjoy with a drink, or get up and dance to!

Olivia Singleton

Soprano Olivia Singleton is a Royal Academy of Music postgraduate (MA Vocal Performance, Distinction) and a graduate of the Royal Conservatoire of Scotland.
She performs widely in opera and concert repertoire, and is particularly drawn to characterful roles and storytelling on stage. Recent operatic highlights include Vixen in Janáček’s The Cunning Little Vixen and Gretel in Humperdinck’s Hänsel und Gretel. Her portrayal of Adele in Johann Strauss II’s Die Fledermaus received Offies-nominated recognition. Olivia’s performance work also includes international experience, most recently as a participant in the UNISA International Singing Competition in South Africa.
She is delighted to join this programme and looks forward to sharing tonight’s music with you.

The Fabulous Red Diesel

Raw soul with Bush/Mitchel-esque lyrics over the grooviest arrangements of original funk, latin, soul, gypsy punk and swing. There are trumpets, a flute and even a tuba when one is required. You come away from a gig feeling like you have met friends, the vibe is so infectious. You will smile like a loon, sing along and dance like nobody’s watching.

The Fabulous Red Diesel have supported James Taylor Quartet, been playlisted on Jazz FM and performed at Ronnie Scott’s, the Cheltenham, Sidmouth and Rye Jazz festivals amongst many others.

Uckfield Theatre Guild

Celebrating over 30 years in Uckfield, this amateur group continues to be a place to share a passion for performing. The youth membership has grown to around 50, with the recent Joseph musical in the Civic Centre being a huge success Uckfield Theatre Guild are already looking forward to the next opportunity to entertain Uckfield. The Uckfield Concert Brass Rascals

Uckfield Concert Brass have formed their own beginner band, known as Brass Rascals, currently led by Julie Playford. The aim is simple: to allow opportunities for children and adults alike to experience music-making in a brass band setting, with the additional opportunity of joining the main band as and when players feel they have fledged the nest.
