Yes. please feel free to bring your own food and drink. But you can support the event and the wonderful organisations involved by buying drinks from the well stocked and very reasonable bar. Assistance dogs and well behaved dogs are allowed, but must be kept on leads at all times. We offer a free ticket scheme for carers or personal assistants. You are eligible for a free carer ticket if you are entitled to Disability Living Allowance (no specific rate required), are in receipt of Personal Independence Payments, have a registered assistance dog or are registered severely sight impaired. If you would like to take advantage of the free carer ticket offer, please book your own tickets in the normal way via the tickets page, and then contact us at hello@uckfieldproms.co.uk. A section of the car park closest to event field is reserved for blue badge holders. There is no need to book these spaces in advance, just make the car park stewards aware as you arrive on site and have your blue badge clearly displayed. The rugby club pitch is flat grass, and providing it is dry, is fine to use accessibility scooters on. It is just few metres walk from the car park to the main event field. Car parking is completely free. There is plenty of space on the pitches and you will be directed where to park when you arrive.
